Teaming Agreement Between CyberSoft and AhnLab

CyberSoft Operating Corporation and AhnLab Inc. of Seoul, South Korea signed a teaming agreement on November 12, 2009 at the Law Offices of Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy P.C. to offer AhnLab products in North America. CyberSoft specializes in all Unix and Unix-like operating systems, but has no Microsoft Windows products. AhnLab, a multinational corporation with a reputation for excellent quality and customer service, manufactures products for all Microsoft Windows platforms but does not have Unix products. Together, we can offer one-stop shopping for all platforms and compete directly against all other companies in the North American market.

On the day that the agreement was made public, the AhnLab stock rose.

Frank Amabile Promoted to Executive Vice President

Peter Radatti, President and CEO of CyberSoft Operating Corporation, announced that Frank Amabile was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President on November 12, 2009 at the Law Offices of Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy P.C. during the signing ceremony between CyberSoft and AhnLab. Due to the efforts of Frank Amabile, the meeting was well attended by dignitaries from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and its media.

Mr. Radatti commented that Frank earned this promotion the hard way, by actually doing the job before being recognized for doing so. Sometimes a promotion is not so much a promotion, as a recognition of the facts. Frank does not have to grow into the job, he is already there, said Mr. Radatti.
